What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing Time
Within 1-3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The package will then be prepared for shipment. -
Shipping Time
United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
Shipping is handled by Royal Mail.
All shipping times are excluding any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After shipping, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple shipments.
My tracking number isn't working
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If the tracking information is still not showing after a few days, you can contact customer service.
